AI for Learning wins second place at Italian GESA Awards Semifinals

AI for Learning (AIxL) has been recognised among the top EdTech startups in Italy at the Italian Semifinal of the Global EdTech Startup Awards (GESAwards) 2025, earning second place overall in one of the most competitive national selections of the year.

The Italian semifinal brought together some of the most promising education technology ventures, highlighting innovation, impact and scalability in learning. Alongside the winner Data Masters, AI for Learning shared the podium with ArtCentrica and Tutornow, confirming the strength and diversity of the Italian EdTech ecosystem.

As part of the GESAwards programme, the awarded startups will take part in a two-day international bootcamp in London, connecting with global EdTech leaders, investors and experts to explore future opportunities in education technology.

This recognition reinforces AIxL’s mission to design human-centred, research-driven AI solutions that meaningfully support educators, learners and organisations.
